Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tap Cricket mobile application ("App") operated by Sircle Networking Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.

The App is available to users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account or providing any personal information.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement or have obtained the necessary consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement has not been met.

You may use the App as a guest (with limited functionality) or create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the App without our written permission

The App features global leaderboards and a city throne system where your display name and scores are visible to other users. By participating, you consent to your display name and game performance data being displayed publicly within the App.

You can change your display name at any time in the App settings.

Tap Cricket includes real-time Player vs Player (PvP) modes including Global Matchmaking and Private Rooms. By participating in multiplayer matches you agree to the following rules.

• You may not use any external tool, script, or technique to manipulate match outcomes, automate gameplay, or gain an unfair advantage over your opponent
• Deliberately disconnecting from a live match to avoid a loss (commonly known as rage-quitting) may result in a forfeit, a recorded loss, and a temporary matchmaking suspension
• Creating or using multiple accounts to inflate your leaderboard ranking or manipulate matchmaking is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting connection instability, timing edge cases, or any other technical loopholes to gain an advantage in a match is a violation of these Terms

If you disconnect or abandon a live PvP match, the match may be forfeited and recorded as a loss on your profile. We are not responsible for disconnections caused by your network provider or device. If you experience a genuine technical failure, you can contact us at support@cocial.in and we will review the situation.

Private room codes expire once a match is completed or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only share your room code with players you intend to play against. We are not responsible for unintended opponents joining a room if you share the code publicly.

Global matchmaking pairs you with another player of a similar skill tier. If no suitable opponent is found within a short window, you will be paired with an AI opponent as a fallback. This is not guaranteed and depends on the number of active players at any given time.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, sounds, and code, is owned by or licensed to Sircle Networking Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use any content from the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

The App allows you to set a display name, upload a profile photo, add an organisation name, and write city throne notes. By submitting such content, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it within the App
• Retain ownership of your content
• Confirm it does not violate these Terms, any third-party rights, or applicable laws

Profile photos are automatically screened by Microsoft Azure Content Safety before being stored. We may remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

The App may request permission to send push notifications related to daily challenges, streak reminders, city conquest events, and multiplayer match activity. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. We will not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.

We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sircle Networking Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Note: This cap does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your region.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings then Delete Account within the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

• Your personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion
• Anonymised aggregate statistics derived from your gameplay may be retained
• Leaderboard entries associated with your account will be removed
• City throne records held by you will be vacated
• Any in-progress PvP matches at the time of deletion may be forfeited

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

The App integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
