This Privacy Policy explains how Sircle Networking Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Gawibawibo mobile application (the "App"). Gawibawibo is a rock-paper-scissors (가위바위보) game. Using the App means you're agreeing to how we handle your information as described below.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we (via our authentication provider, Supabase) receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. Apple Sign-In may allow you to hide your real email using Apple's private relay.
If you submit fan art, we collect the image file and any title/caption you provide. Submitted art is reviewed (including automated moderation via Microsoft Azure AI content moderation) before being made available for other users to select as profile pictures. Please only submit original artwork you created yourself.
We use PostHog to collect anonymized/pseudonymized usage events (e.g. app opened, round played, match completed, share button tapped) to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it.
The App may request certain device permissions (such as photo library access, for uploading a profile picture or fan art). We only access these when required for the relevant feature, and you can decline or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information — not now, not later.
We're not in the business of sharing your data around. The only places it goes are the providers that keep the App running:

Other players will see your username, profile picture, and PvP/leaderboard results — that's just how the social side of the game works. Beyond that, we'll only disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users, ourselves, or the public from harm.
Your data lives on Supabase's cloud infrastructure. We hold onto account and gameplay data for as long as your account stays active. Delete your account — or just ask us to (details below) — and we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we're required to keep it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information, including the safeguards Supabase provides on its end. That said, no system is airtight — nobody can honestly promise 100% security, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the country where our service providers operate their servers. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
